Crazy Year

Saturday marks the end of the year 2010. It had been a crazy year due to the happening of recent events in the past few months Been packed with work and very much trying to find my own emotional balance in that aspect due to a very imbalance of efforts and basic employee line such as low pay and no cpf.

Meanwhile, i still would like to think myself as a new undergrad so i don't view cash and employee benefits that much. Just enjoying my line of work as something fun to be done but when politics and greed in the working world kicks in, it really made life much more difficult.

What is happening however to my family members and all that is dear to me in my past few months were:

• Dengue by one of my family members whom are admitted to hospital. A rather grumpy old soul
• Suspected Dengue by another of my family members and me but all went well
• Cataract surgery (still undergoing. horrifying that needs more than 10 surgeries)
• Lasik surgery that went well for my loved one
• Event set-ups again till 6am plus and having to come back at 8am , followed by constant work for the following weekends
• my dear bird's skin infection on her butt, leaving a huge bald patch there
• And many more dramatic stuff

A word of advice:

if someone tried to push you away w/o trying to understand your stand, there is no point trying to pull him/her back, especially when you have tried a few times to reach out to him/her.

If that is the attitude that some people take, sometimes you have just got to take the same attitude back, especially when you know it's pointless to keep trying.
